Allen Bean has been involved in bicycle racing since 1974 as a racer, USACycling licensed official and a USA Cycling licensed "Elite" level coach. Allen worked for the Rock Racing UCI Continental Team 2006 thru 2008. His responsibilities included the initial registration paperwork for the 2007 season and subsequent registration renewal for the 2008 and 2009 seasons. During the racing season Allen handled all race registrations for the team, assisted in the preparation of Visa requests for foreign riders, served as road manager for the team and was the UCI and USA Cycling point of contact for the team.
Working in both the engineering and computer programming fields Allen Bean brings more than 25 years of project management experience to Quantum Cycling. Allen has a bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering.
Since 1976, Haldane has won 30 gold state championships and a silver medal at the United States Olympic Trials. He was a member of the United States National Cycling Team from 1989-1993 (the youngest at the time), as well as a five time national medalist. In 1992, he took 2nd in the U.S. Olympic Trials in the Team Pursuit.
In 2006, Haldane became the General Manager of the Rock Racing professional cycling team, where he was largely responsible for building it up from the ground floor which lead to four national cycling championships in 2008.
Los Angeles native Mitch Sebolsky has spent the past decade pursuing hispassion for marketing primarily in the entertainment, apparel and athleticindustries. With an MBA and agency experience, Sebolsky has a proven track record in launching new brands, developing new categories and producing integrated marketing campaigns. His expertise includes understanding a brand’s long-term vision and creating strategic components that ensures successful vertical growth in the market place.
Over his career Sebolsky has played a vital role in numerous companies, most recent in the apparel industry. As a Marketing Director Sebolsky created and executed strategic global marketing programs from securing strategic partners such as Coca Cola to launching multiple ad campaigns and new product launches. One of his top professional accomplishments was the development and brand launch of a professional sports marketing program, the Rock Racing professional cycling team. From sitting at his desk to being on the bike Sebolsky’s strategic and creative mind set is always in motion.
